Her interest in design began while living in Atlanta and continued to grow as she developed an appreciation for thoughtful layouts, timeless finishes, and the small details that make a home work better for everyday life.

Now residing in the Lakelands area, Lisa brings a strong understanding of the lifestyle, homes, and design preferences found throughout the region. Her approach centers on smart, classic design — combining timeless elegance with practical solutions that reflect each client’s personal style and the way they actually live.

At Freshwater Coast Design, Lisa works with clients to help shape ideas, guide selections, and bring clarity to the design process. Whether the project involves a kitchen, bath, storage solution, or coordinated interior selections, she enjoys helping homeowners move from inspiration to a space that feels comfortable, functional, and thoughtfully finished.

Outside the design studio, Lisa enjoys staying active with pickleball and Pilates, spending time in the Lakelands community, or getting lost in a good book.

As Founder and President, Mark Koeppen brings nearly three decades of experience in technology, project leadership, customer support, vendor coordination, and problem-solving. That background shapes the way Freshwater Coast Design approaches every project — listening first, organizing the details, communicating clearly, and helping clients make confident decisions along the way.

Working alongside our Design Consultant and trusted industry partners, Mark helps coordinate the many moving pieces involved in kitchens, baths, storage solutions, and related interior selections. From the first conversation through design development, product selections, and project coordination, the goal is to make the experience feel approachable, transparent, and well managed.
